Job summary

Gymshark is seeking a Product Integrity Quality Executive to drive quality excellence from development through production. You will partner with development teams and suppliers to ensure safety, compliance and top-tier construction across Mens, Women’s and Seamless lines.

You will manage bulk fabric validation, review test results and ensure production readiness, with a strong focus on PPS sign-off and cross-functional alignment. This role requires three onsite days per week at Gymshark HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in quality assurance or quality management in apparel, sportswear or textile industries.
• Strong understanding of textile materials, garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of fabric, garment and performance testing standards.
• Experience reviewing lab test reports and validating product performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive product quality from development to production across the category.
• Lead quality validation activities and evaluate testing results for readiness.
• Oversee pre-production quality sign-off and PPS approvals.
• Investigate quality issues and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
