Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the development and execution of product innovations, line extensions, and change initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, communications, and risk, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and risk management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product change and line extension initiatives across functional teams from ideation through execution.
• Lead project team meetings and maintain project documentation, action items, and decisions.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked.
• Monitor project scope and identify potential impacts to timelines, costs, or resources.
• Identify, document, and communicate project risks; escalate risks and blockers to leadership.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Execute projects within given timelines to meet business objectives (consumer, financial, operational).
• Communicate and influence effectively at the senior leadership level.
• Support continuous improvements of project management processes and tools.
