Job summary

Swanson Health Products, Inc is seeking an experienced Product Development Specialist to drive end-to-end development of new and reformulated dietary supplements. You will coordinate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal teams to move projects from concept through technical execution.

You will compare quotes, timing, and costs, maintain accurate development records, and support international opportunities while ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.This role demands

Qualifications

• Degree in science or related field preferred.
• Experience in dietary supplements or regulated products is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical, supplier, costing, and regulatory information.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Gather supplier quotes, lead times, and cost data for feasibility decisions.
• Coordinate with ingredient suppliers and contract manufacturers on docs and timelines.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Manufacturing, Quality on testing and tech transfer.
• Research ingredients, technologies, and opportunities to identify product ideas.
