Ergon, Inc. is seeking a Product Innovation & Strategy Manager in Flowood, Mississippi to drive innovation from concept to commercialization.

This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Operations, Engineering, QA, R&D and leadership to advance new products, technologies, and processes that create long-term value. Responsibilities include identifying trends, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting pilots and field trials, and building business cases for

• Experience translating market opportunities into business cases.
• Experience leading cross-functional innovation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong analytical and presenting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of the company's innovation strategy and technology roadmap.
• Identify emerging market trends and opportunities aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional innovation initiatives from idea to commercialization.
• Support new product development, pilots, field trials, and market validation.
• Facilitate stage-gate processes and assist with portfolio management.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Technical Services, and commercial teams to speed adoption.
• Build relationships with universities, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Evaluate licensing opportunities, strategic alliances, acquisitions, and other growth initiatives.
• Prepare business cases and financial analyses for innovation investments.
• Promote a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
• Represent Ergon at technical conferences and customer events.
• Track innovation project performance and milestones.
• Serve as SME on innovation processes and product lifecycle.
