Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking an item data coordinator to prioritize, create, and complete non-stock and stock item requests for the sales team and customers.
You will collaborate with Sales, PCM, Risk, Quality, Regulatory, and Supplier Partners to gather accurate product details and regulatory information for item setup in PIX.
The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely updates while maintaining records for audits and KPI targets.
This position is responsible for prioritizing, creating, and completing non-stock and stock new item requests for the sales team and our customers. Works closely with various internal partners including Sales, PCM, Risk, Quality and Regulatory to ensure items are created promptly and accurately. Works closely with Supplier Partners to capture and ensure accuracy of all products and regulatory related information to ensure the company remains compliant. Ensures customer satisfaction by completing item set up within the required KPI's. Maintains online databases with all product and supplier information for our corporate quality processes and auditing.
Typically 3 or more years of related experience.
Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

The posted range for this position is $37,735 to $58,962 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
