Product Information Associate

A shopper asks whether an online item comes in a particular size, which accessories are included, or where to find an approved specification. The Product Information Associate checks the current catalog, responds clearly, and routes specialized suitability questions. Customer service and office administration are central to this remote full-time job. You will not invent a product claim or guarantee stock without confirmation.

What the listing actually says

A product page may show several variations and an old promotional image. Read the selected item code and current description before replying. If the question concerns a feature the catalog does not confirm, ask the product owner. A shopper's intended use can matter for a specialist recommendation; do not claim the item is suitable from a photo alone.
