Design Central, Inc. is seeking a Product/Industrial Designer for a full-time, in-studio role in Columbus, Ohio. You will collaborate with the team, create concept sketches, and develop designs using CAD workflows to support client projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, solid understanding of manufacturing, and excellent presentation skills, with 0–4 years of experience. In-studio work location in Columbus.

Design Central, Inc. is hiring a Product/Industrial Designer for a full-time, in-studio position in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to support product and industrial design initiatives
• Create concept sketches to explore form, function, and design direction
• Develop designs using CAD workflows
• Produce 3D renderings and visualizations
• Build and iterate physical prototypes
• Design client presentation materials to clearly communicate process and outcomes
• Participate in client meetings in a professional, efficient, confident, and effective manner
• Act as an active and reliable team member
• Coordinate work with clients as part of the design process

Requirements
