Job summary

DESIGNA is seeking a Product Implementation Specialist in the US market to configure and implement DESIGNA software with customers across the United States. You will bridge customer parking operations with DESIGNA products, translating business needs into precise configurations and handling data migrations.

In this hands-on role, you will guide customers from discovery through go-live, ensure launch readiness, and support long-term success, acting as a subject-matter expert on product

Position Summary

The Product Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful configuration and implementation of DESIGNA software solutions for customers across the U.S. market.

Serving as the bridge between a customer's parking operation and DESIGNA's products, this role works directly with customers to understand their business processes, operational requirements, workflows, and available data and translate those needs into the appropriate product configuration.

The position takes hands-on ownership of application setup, customer data imports and migration, implementation testing and validation, and product-related issue escalation. Throughout the implementation process, this role ensures customers are properly configured, prepared for launch, and positioned for successful long-term use of the solution.

This is a product and business implementation role rather than an IT infrastructure role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the business implementation and application configuration of DESIGNA software products for new and existing customers.
• Work directly with customers to understand their parking operations, business processes, account structures, workflows, available data, and implementation requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into appropriate product configurations, including front- and back-end setup
  of digital products.
• Guide customers throughout implementation to ensure they are properly configured, prepared for launch, and positioned for successful ongoing use of the product.
• Manage customer data migrations and imports, including source-data assessment, mapping, preparation, validation, testing, and reconciliation.
• Lead implementation testing, customer acceptance, launch readiness, and go-live activities.
• Identify and document configuration issues, data issues, software defects, and enhancement requests encountered during implementation.
• Manage inter-company ticket escalation process for digital products.
• Coordinate with IT, Engineering, and other technical resources when issues fall outside the scope of application configuration.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing operations, including appropriate documentation, knowledge transfer, and visibility into outstanding items.
• Maintain implementation standards, documentation, data-mapping templates, and repeatable processes to support consistent and scalable deployments.
• Develop deep functional expertise in DESIGNA applications and serve as an internal subject-matter expert on product configuration and customer use.
• Conduct weekly and monthly customer touchpoints following project implementation to ensure systems are operating smoothly and proactively address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software or product implementation, business systems implementation, implementation consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing implementations from business discovery through configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live.
• Strong ability to understand business processes and translate operational requirements into application configurations and workflows.
• Experience with customer data imports, migrations, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong functional aptitude and ability to develop expertise in complex business software.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both operational and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations and escalations simultaneously.
• Parking, PARCS, access control, mobility, SaaS, or related technology experience strongly preferred.
