Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) is seeking a Product Health Engineer to improve energy-system reliability in industrial electric trucks. You will own system-level health, investigate field issues, perform RCA/CAPA, and drive design improvements using data-driven methods.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration across electrical, mechanical, controls, reliability, and field teams, with domestic travel up to 20% and in-person work at the Greene, NY office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial, automotive, or material handling engineering.
• Strong systems-level thinking across electrical, mechanical, controls, and software.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level health and sustaining engineering for energy products.
• Lead RCA, CAPA, and implementation for field issues.
• Improve reliability, performance, and total cost of ownership via data-driven design.
• Define requirements, test plans, and analyze test/field data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
• Travel domestically up to 20%.
