Job summary

Arrowhead Winch is seeking a Product Handler (Assembly) for 1st shift in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. The role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an hourly rate of $15.69 to $23.36 and occasional overtime.

The facility is clean, climate-controlled, and safety-focused. Background checks, drug testing, and a pre-employment physical are required. Responsibilities include keeping parts flowing to assembly, assisting with hanging/unhanging parts, and supporting paint and assembly teams.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand blueprints.
• Able to operate vibratory and sand blast machines.
• Able to use pneumatic tools to meet production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady flow of parts and materials to support assembly.
• Assist and support assembly and paint personnel with hanging/unhanging parts.
• Perform tasks from start to finish with minimal instruction.
• Develop problem-solving skills and complete assignments on schedule.
• Participate in improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our business is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Product Handler (Assembly). This position is located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and the schedule is 1stshift, Monday- Friday 7:00a.m. - 3:30p.m. Our facility is located at 1204 W. 20th Street, Okmulgee, OK 74447. Hourly Rate of Pay:$15.69-$23.36per hour with occasional overtime available.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Be capable of maintaining a steady flow of parts and materials supplies to support the assembly department.
• Support paint and assembly personnel with hanging and unhanging of parts.
• Assist and support the assembly and paint department in a support role/capacity.
• Be capable of performing all assigned tasks from start to finish with minimal instruction.
• Develop good problem-solving skills.
• Complete assignments on schedule while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
• Participate improvements to enhance productivity product quality
• Ensure the proper handling and disposal of all hazardous and non-hazardous waste
• Participate in improvements to enhance productivity and product quality
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to follow all written and verbal work instruction, operations and procedures.
• Ability to use pneumatic tools for removal of burrs to meet production requirements.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints
• Be able to recognize obvious irregularities in form, fit or function
• Must be able to operate the vibratory and sand blast machines
• Must be able to use material handling equipment to pull and position parts and materials

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must have good hand eye coordination and hand dexterity.
• Must be physically able to use hand tools and power tools frequently.
• Must be able to frequently reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for 8 to10 hours per day.
• Must be able to frequently bend and squat.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to apply 65 pounds of push/pull force.
• Must be comfortable with frequent exposure to greases, oils, solvents, and surface coatings.
• Must be capable of safely working with and around heavy machinery and equipment.
• Must be able to see clearly and follow written instructions.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.
