Arrowhead Winch in Okmulgee, OK is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for 1st shift. You will stock, pull, and kit parts for assembly and machine shop, using RF scanners and a reach lift truck.

Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist, and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO, and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Our business is growing, and we are seeking a Storekeeper I. This position is located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and the schedule is 1st Shift, Monday Friday.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $19.63-$25.17 per hour with occasional overtime available.

Our facility is located at 1204 W. 20th St., Okmulgee, OK 74447.

401K, medical insurance, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance. Company provided disability coverage as well as 12 paid holidays and paid vacation.

This offer includes a one-time signing bonus of $1,000, which will be grossed-up to cover the tax withholdings. The first half will be paid after your 90th day, and the second half after you have successfully completed your probationary period of 180 days. If you voluntarily resign from the company before completing one year of employment, you will be required to reimburse the company within 30 days of your resignation.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must have good hand eye coordination and hand dexterity.
• Must be physically able to use hand tools and power tools frequently.
• Must be able to frequently reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for 8 to10 hours per day.
• Must be able to frequently bend and squat.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to apply 65 pounds of push/pull force.
• Must be comfortable with frequent exposure to greases, oils, solvents, and surface coatings.
• Must be capable of safely working with and around heavy machinery and equipment.
• Must be able to see clearly and follow written instructions.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Arrowhead Winch is a manufacturer of industrial winches. Employee is working around heavy machinery. Employees must be able to operate safely in a busy industrial environment. Additional physical requirements include standing, walking, bending 90% of the time. Ability to squat, kneel on both knees, bend forward at the waist and hold hands above head.
