Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Product Growth Project Manager to support a growing Digital Transformation and Product Growth organization. This individual will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations, execution, and performance reporting of multiple consumer-facing digital products, programs, and initiatives. The ideal candidate brings approximately 4–5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting digital products, e-commerce, digital publishing, affiliate marketing, consumer product reviews, or related digital platforms. This is a hands‑on project management and operational coordination role requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong cross-functional collaboration, effective vendor and stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The primary focus will initially be supporting an established, growing digital product reviews and recommendations platform designed to help consumers make informed purchasing decisions through trusted product testing, reviews, and recommendations. This program involves close collaboration with external content and product testing partners, internal editorial and marketing teams, analytics stakeholders, and digital product leadership. As the broader Product Growth portfolio expands, this individual will also provide project management support for new consumer-facing product launches, go‑to‑market initiatives, existing partnerships, and operational process improvements. This position is ideal for a self‑directed project management professional who thrives in cross-functional environments, enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, and can proactively drive projects forward while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Product & Program Management
  • Lead day-to-day project management and operational coordination for an established digital product reviews and recommendations program.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams involving digital content, product testing, SEO, marketing, analytics, reporting, and optimization.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.
  • Facilitate weekly program standups, cross-functional stakeholder meetings, and individual workstream discussions to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential roadblocks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
  • Track content development, publishing schedules, product testing activities, and ongoing program optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and action items using established project management tools.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, visibility, and accountability.
External Partner & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a primary day-to-day point of contact for external vendors, content development partners, product testing organizations, and other third-party stakeholders.
  • Coordinate partner deliverables, timelines, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Editorial, SEO, Analytics, Digital Experience, Design, Legal, Membership, and other business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication across multiple internal departments and external organizations to ensure projects progress efficiently.
  • Monitor outstanding deliverables, follow up on action items, and proactively elevate risks or delays.
  • Support partner performance reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and ongoing operational planning.
  • Build strong working relationships while navigating the complexities of a large, matrixed organization.
Performance Reporting & Business Insights
  • Coordinate the collection, consolidation, and reporting of key digital product and program performance metrics.
  • Partner with analytics teams and external vendors to gather and validate data related to website traffic, traffic sources, consumer engagement, outbound clicks, conversions, orders, and revenue.
  • Organize performance data from various internal and external sources into clear, actionable reports and executive-level summaries.
  • Support marketing attribution and performance tracking efforts by coordinating relevant data, reporting requirements, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Prepare recurring program health reports, monthly performance summaries, leadership presentations, and quarterly business review materials.
  • Identify reporting inconsistencies or gaps and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
  • Help translate performance findings into organized business updates, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

This role emphasizes coordinating, organizing, and communicating performance data rather than performing advanced, hands‑on analytics or serving as a dedicated data analyst.

Digital Content, Marketing & Optimization Coordination
  • Coordinate digital content production and publishing activities with internal editorial teams and external partners.
  • Track content pipelines, product reviews, testing schedules, optimization initiatives, and publishing milestones.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional initiatives across email, newsletters, websites, digital advertising, and other distribution channels.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product promotions, and other time-sensitive marketing activities.
  • Maintain testing and optimization roadmaps, ensuring hypotheses, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and results are appropriately documented.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvements in engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure marketing, editorial, product, and partner activities remain aligned with broader business priorities.
New Product Launches & Go‑to‑Market Support
  • Provide project management support for the development and launch of new consumer-facing digital products, services, and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain detailed launch plans, project trackers, implementation schedules, and readiness checklists.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams throughout product development, launch preparation, execution, and post‑launch evaluation.
  • Support go‑to‑market planning activities, including consumer research coordination, branding, marketing preparation, landing page requirements, and launch readiness assessments.
  • Monitor project dependencies, outstanding requirements, and critical milestones to ensure successful launches.
  • Coordinate post‑launch performance tracking, retrospectives, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Adapt project management approaches as products evolve from initial development through launch, growth, and ongoing operations.
Product Growth Operations & Process Improvement
  • Support the development of scalable project management processes and operational workflows within a growing Product Growth organization.
  • Establish and maintain standardized templates, project trackers, reporting formats, launch playbooks, and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing portfolio‑level project visibility, status reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate records of product initiatives, partner contacts, project decisions, action items, and key milestones.
  • Support existing product and partnership management, including product transitions, operational handoffs, and planned retirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline communication, improve team efficiency, and strengthen project execution.
  • Capture lessons learned from projects and launches to help improve future processes and team operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Approximately 4–5+ years of professional project or program management experience, preferably supporting digital products, digital platforms, marketing initiatives, e‑commerce, or related programs.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple projects, priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors in complex or matrixed organizational environments.
  • Experience managing project roadmaps, status trackers, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, SharePoint, or comparable tools.
  • Experience coordinating performance reporting, consolidating business metrics, and preparing stakeholder or leadership updates.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard business productivity and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear project documentation, executive summaries, presentations, and status reports.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders, resolve issues, and keep projects moving with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a highly collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment where processes, priorities, and product initiatives may change.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project or program management experience within digital publishing, e‑commerce, affiliate marketing, consumer product reviews, or product recommendation platforms.
  • Familiarity with product review and recommendation content, product testing processes, editorial workflows, and digital content operations.
  • Experience supporting consumer-facing digital products throughout development, launch, growth, and lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing models, digital monetization, conversion tracking, and marketing attribution.
  • Experience coordinating SEO, content marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, or website optimization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics and reporting platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, or portfolio‑level performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with digital product experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization initiatives.
  • Experience establishing or improving project management processes within a growing team or newly formed organization.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credentials are a strong plus, but not required.
