Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience analyzing data and delivering business insights.
• 1+ years’ experience in AI development and deployment.
• Strong Python and SQL skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate quantitative concepts to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Improve funnel efficiency and drive business KPI by partnering with Product to optimize application processes.
• Develop and automate reporting and monitoring around funnel performance metrics using SQL and Python.
• Partner with business units to develop AI/ML solutions for optimizing and automating tasks related to application, verification, and operations.
• Assess capabilities and values of 3rd party vendors.
• Contribute to a culture focused on continuous learning and frequent wins with valuable insights.
