We’re looking for collaborative, curious problem-solvers who are excited to make an impact and grow with us.

We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.

Role

We are seeking a Decisioning Execution Analyst to support the execution, testing, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of decision strategies across our lending products. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and technology, helping ensure that approved credit and pricing strategies are accurately translated into production logic and executed as intended.

This individual will play an important role in supporting decision changes from business requirements through deployment and validation, while partnering closely with stakeholders across Credit, Product, Risk, and Engineering. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, technically curious, and excited to build expertise in decisioning, controls, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Decision Strategy Implementation
  • Support change execution across third-party platforms, internal tools, or partner-specific decisioning environments.
  • Translate business requirements and approved strategies into clear specifications, logic, and implementation support materials.
  • Help ensure decision logic is aligned to business intent, policy, and approval documentation.
Testing, Validation, and Controls
  • Perform user acceptance testing, production verification testing, and other validation activities for strategy changes.
  • Help develop and maintain repeatable testing processes and quality checks to improve execution accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain documentation including specifications, test evidence, validation results, and change logs.
  • Support auditable and well-controlled implementation practices in a regulated environment.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Communicate testing outcomes, implementation status, issues, and risks clearly and effectively.
  • Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality and strong attention to detail.
  • Fulfill data requests, simulations, and analyses in support of strategy and business partners.
Process Improvement and Automation
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and strengthen execution controls.
  • Use Python, SQL, Excel, and reporting tools to automate repeatable processes where appropriate.
  • Contribute to scalable reporting, testing, and implementation support processes as team needs evolve.
Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytics, implementation, operations, decisioning, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or other quantitative or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into structured logic, documentation, or technical specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending.
  • Exposure to credit, pricing, or other decisioning workflows.
  • Experience with testing, validation, quality assurance, or production support processes.
  • Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, rules engines, or decision platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in automation, process improvement, and reducing repetitive manual work.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and decisioning processes.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and control.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Employee Benefits
  • Pre-tax and post-tax retirement savings plans with a competitive company matching.
  • Generous paid time-off plans including vacation, personal/sick time, paid short-term and long-term disability leaves, paid parental leave, and paid holidays.
  • Multiple health care plans to choose from, including dental and vision options.
