Job description

Yumi Health builds clinical software for skilled nursing teams. The product brings resident records, clinical and administrative workflows, and AI-assisted tools into one workspace.

Role Description

Build the product surfaces clinicians and operators use every day, end to end. That includes frontend flows, backend APIs, data models, and the glue between them.

Compensation

• Base salary: $160,000 - $300,000 depending on experience and level.
• Annual performance bonus: 8% - 20% of base.
• Equity: meaningful equity grant on a standard vesting schedule.
• Benefits: health insurance, 401(k), visa and green-card sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Strong experience shipping user-facing product features across frontend and backend.
• Comfortable building across modern frontend systems, backend APIs, and application data models.
• Good eye for UX, interaction details, copy, and workflow design.
• Able to translate ambiguous product goals into clean technical implementations.

Preferred

• Experience building internal tools or workflow software.
• Familiarity with mobile-responsive interfaces or companion mobile experiences.
• Exposure to healthcare or documentation-heavy environments.
