Yumi Health, Inc. is seeking a mobile engineer to build field-ready mobile experiences that power clinical workflows in skilled nursing settings. You will craft mobile client architecture, ensure offline-capable behavior, and tightly integrate with backend systems to deliver reliable, high-performant mobile apps.

The role emphasizes collaboration with backend teams, API design, and attention to latency, syncing, and mobile reliability in healthcare contexts.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and shipping mobile applications on iOS, Android, or both.
• Comfortable designing mobile client architecture, networking, and performance-sensitive UI.
• Able to work closely with backend systems and design APIs that support strong mobile workflows.
• Good instincts around latency, offline behavior, sync, and mobile reliability.

Role Description

Build mobile experiences that support real clinical work in the field, including mobile client architecture, offline-aware behavior, and tight integrations with backend systems.

Compensation

• Base salary: $160,000 - $300,000 depending on experience and level.
• Annual performance bonus: 8% - 20% of base.
• Equity: meaningful equity grant on a standard vesting schedule.
• Benefits: health insurance, 401(k), visa and green-card sponsorship.
