Job summary

Netflix is seeking an Associate to join the Product FP&A team in Los Angeles or Los Gatos, CA. You will partner with Product Management, Design, and cross-functional leads to drive forecasting, headcount planning, and business-case analyses that inform strategic decisions.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Product FP&A and may travel between Los Angeles and Los Gatos. The compensation range is $155,000–$225,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical experience in a highly analytical environment.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with databases, data, and reports; SQL/Tableau/Anaplan a plus.
• Comfort using GenAI tools to automate workflows and reporting.
• Self-starter who collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Product Mgmt, Design, and Product & Tech leads.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to inform forecasts.
• Create regular management and financial reporting for Product and Finance leadership.
• Develop and evaluate financial business cases for product investments and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams on monetization, experience, and cost-efficiency analyses.
