Qualifications

• Experience writing clear technical user stories and requirements.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build awareness of key customer needs, as relayed by others.
• Participate in customer discovery activities with the product team and provide input for solutions.
• Help others to deliver on existing customer commitments.
• Regularly read competitive announcements and events; share insights with the team.
• Review data from dashboards and translate into actionable recommendations for decisions.
• Write clear and concise product requirements that meet guidelines in a timely and effective manner.
• Participate in go-to-market launch plans and assist sales/marketing education on product issues.
