Job summary

Stüssy is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator, Product Flow to ensure seamless movement of product from warehouse to the sales floor across brand-operated stores and activations. You will own the product-flow calendar, readiness criteria, and weekly status reporting from pick to in-store, coordinating with Merchandising, Distribution, and Stores to minimize delays.

The role requires 2–4 years in related retail operations, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, logistics, merchandising operations, or a related coordination role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities and deadlines, with consistent follow-through to resolution.
• Strong written communication skills, including turning complex updates into clear, concise messages for store teams.
• High attention to detail, with a track record of keeping trackers, calendars, and status reports accurate and current.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (filters, lookups, pivot tables) and comfort using operational data to spot exceptions and execution risks.
• Availability for occasional early or late calls with EMEA and APAC teams, and for travel to stores or activations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Launch Readiness. Starting three weeks before each launch, track product through pick, en route, and in-store against established readiness criteria.
• Own the retail product-flow calendar and keep an accurate view of milestones, delivery timing, launch dates, replenishment activity, and store requirements.
• Lead product-flow communication to stores as the single channel for updates, changes, and priorities.
• Drive cross-functional follow-up on risks and exceptions with Merchandising, Distribution, Logistics, Visual Merchandising, and Stores.
• Track replenishment performance and identify gaps to prevent stockouts.
• Coordinate store capacity planning by gathering sales trends and upcoming launches to inform decisions.
• Manage RTW and final-mile exceptions with Logistics and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate fixture moves between Chapter stores, pop-ups, and activations as needed.
• Build and maintain the Product Flow Playbook with standards, timelines, ownership, and procedures.
