Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience translating analysis into business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of product, customer, sales, price and mix, cost, margin, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, visualization tools, and report writers.
• Proven ability to query and analyze large data sets from disparate sources using SQL/Business Objects/SSAS/CAMS.
• Ability to develop KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and decision-oriented reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Residential Product leaders using product, customer, market, operational, and financial insights to identify opportunities and recommend actions that improve growth, margin, profitability, and portfolio performance.
• Analyze product-line and category performance across revenue, volume, price and mix, cost, margin, profitability, and other relevant KPIs to explain performance drivers and guide decisions.
• Evaluate performance by customer, channel, product, SKU, and geography to identify growth or decline areas and cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze lost business and product displacement trends, quantify the financial impact, and develop recovery strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and improve meaningful product and portfolio KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and automated reporting.
• Coordinate annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned product portfolios and the Residential Marketing group.
