Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Product Filler for the 3rd shift at the Manawa plant. This full-time role supports the Oatmeal Production team, performing material handling, line setup, and quality checks.

The position runs 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, Sunday through Thursday, with starting pay of $25.76 per hour plus differential. Candidates should be able to operate hoists, move ingredients, and document production data.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
• Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork

Responsibilities

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing ingredients into machines/hoppers
• Using overhead hoist to move products into position
• Communicating with Material Handlers when additional resources are needed
• Assisting operators with running the line and completing deep cleans and changeovers

About the Role

The Product Filler role at the Manawa location provides support to the Oatmeal Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing ingredients into machines/hoppers
• Using overhead hoist to move products into position
• Communicating with Material Handlers when additional resources are needed
• Assisting operators with running the line and completing deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role starts at $25.76 per hour plus differential on a 3rd Shift. Hours are 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday - Thursday.
