Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Floater, 3rd Shift to support the Oatmeal Production team at the Manawa site.

This full-time role pays $23.23 per hour with a $0.65 shift differential, working 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, coordinating material handling and packaging tasks to keep production moving. You will follow written instructions, assist with deep cleans and changeovers, complete quality checks and paperwork, and use a computer to log production data.

Qualifications

• Experience following instructions and communicating effectively, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Proficient in documenting production information on a computer.

About the Role:

The Floater role at the Manawa location provides support to the Oatmeal Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
• Manually packaging finished goods
• Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role pays $23.23 per hour plus a $0.65 shift differential on 3rd shift. Hours are 10:00pm-6:00am.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork
