Job summary

EY seeks a Product Manager with strong technical fluency to own the end-to-end product roadmap, from discovery to delivery and adoption. You will translate requirements into detailed specs while partnering with engineering, architecture, and design on APIs, data flows, and system scalability.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, shaping market-driven roadmaps and collaborating across teams to drive successful product launches and adoption in a global, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 6–8+ years of product management experience with proven launches.
• Experience with AI solutions or tech-driven products preferred.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, metrics, and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Own the backlog; translate requirements into epics, stories, and specs.
• Collaborate with engineers on APIs, data flows, and architecture.
• Validate concepts via user feedback and iterative testing.
• Prioritize features by client value, business impact, and feasibility.
• Work with design/engineering to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on GTM plans and adoption.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly across levels.
