You will manage large initiatives, ensure quality, governance, and timely delivery, while collaborating across Product, Technology, Analytics, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of business analysis experience.
• Product management, IT, data product, insurance, analytics, or system integration background.
• Able to translate business needs into clear requirements and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with agile delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business and technical teams to define and execute product delivery.
• Manage large initiatives with cross-functional teams and dependencies.
• Develop requirements, workflows, data definitions, and integration details.
• Support testing, production readiness, and go-to-market readiness.
• Facilitate sessions with Product, Tech, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, and customers.
