Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Product Management, Information Technology, data product, insurance, analytics, or system integration experience.
• Ability to analyze problems, clarify ambiguity, identify options, and support practical solution development.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to present information clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences; influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented working style.
• Working knowledge of XML, JSON, web services, APIs, and related integration concepts.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled tools and modern business analysis practices with responsible adoption.

• Elicit, clarify, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements and specifications.
• Create business requirements documentation, conceptual designs, architecture diagrams, data-workflow, and supporting materials.
• Facilitate requirements conversations with Product, Technology, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, business stakeholders, and customer-facing teams.
• Independently facilitate architecture design and requirements sessions between technology teams and business stakeholders.
