Job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up tests, documenting results, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance product designs. A bachelor's degree in agricultural or mechanical engineering is required, along with significant knowledge in farming equipment technology. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agricultural or mechanical engineering is required.
• Extensive knowledge of material spreading, mixing, and hay tool technology is preferred.
• Experience in farm equipment testing and repair is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate test equipment for product evaluation.
• Develop product testing parameters and evaluation procedures.
• Produce and distribute test reports with statistical data.
• Investigate solutions to improve current products.
• Assist design engineers with new designs and upgrades.
• Document competitive equipment performance results.
• Coordinate testing activities with customers.
