The Supervisor Product Engineering provides leadership and technical oversight for Product Engineering focused initiatives, new product development (NPD) and product portfolio management.
This role supervises engineering personnel while leading strategic programs that enhance throughput, quality, safety, scalability, and cost efficiency. The Supervisor owns project execution from concept through production Launch, ensuring alignment between design engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality systems.
The position serves as a key technical and operational bridge between Engineering and Production, driving scalable solutions that support business growth.
