Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in semiconductor capital equipment.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing complex multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering effort to adapt SLT base equipment for customer configurations and test needs.
• Develop custom test site designs, including slot configuration and DUT thermals.
• Collaborate with customers, applications, and software teams to build tests and data flows.
• Oversee material demand planning, custom hardware builds, testing, and deployment.
• Support on-time field deployment and production readiness of customized systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Core Engineering, Project Management, Product Support, and Manufacturing.
• Mentor and guide a matrixed engineering team, fostering agility.
• Identify technical risks early with mitigation strategies.
