Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a manufacturing specialist to maintain equipment, validate processes and design optimized product processes. You will oversee manufacturing activities while ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets.

You will work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on continuous improvement and strong analytical capabilities. A Bachelor's degree with related experience is preferred, and training programs are available to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
• Lab tool/test/measurement equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing solutions and services that are high-quality and cost-appropriate, meeting customer requirements.
• Utilizes tools and equipment to perform work including creation, analysis and verification.
• Understands Plexus manufacturing processes and product specs as they apply to the role.
• Follows Plexus manufacturing processes and contributes to quality and change management procedures.
• Produces project documentation according to project needs and guidelines.
