Job summary

Technology Partners seeks a day-to-day leader at the intersection of product and engineering. You will collaborate with the cofounder to translate vision into shipped software, own decisions, and guide the team from idea to release.

This role blends product thinking with engineering leadership, sitting between both domains. You’ll own the space where product, engineering, and execution meet, driving architecture, releases, and process improvements to ensure reliable, high-quality software

Qualifications

• Strong experience with modern frontend and mobile tech stacks.
• Ability to own product decisions and lead engineering execution end-to-end.
• Track record of shipping high-quality software at scale.
• Experience working with founder-led or early-stage teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into clear product requirements and roadmap.
• Lead engineering planning and decide what gets built next.
• Make product and implementation decisions without founder input.
• Review architecture, technical plans, and critical pull requests.
• Coordinate QA, releases, and post-launch follow-ups.
• Improve development process, tooling, and release reliability.
• Keep projects moving from idea through release.
