Job summary

dynamism is seeking a Product Engineering Lead in San Francisco to own the customer-facing product from first click to field use. You will lead core workflows, turning imagery, GIS, and engineering records into usable maps and asset views, while shaping direction from customer calls and deployment feedback.

You should have shipped full-stack software with strong product and UI judgment, be able to simplify complex workflows, and work in person in SF 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own interaction design, frontend, backend, and production behavior for core workflows.
• Turn imagery, GIS, and engineering records into usable maps and asset views.
• Use customer feedback to decide what to ship next.
• Mentor engineers and raise quality through testing and observability.
