Job summary

dynamism is seeking a Full-Stack Engineering Lead for Public Works in San Francisco to own a complete customer workflow from design to production. You'll lead architectural decisions and work with a compact team.

The role centers on maps and geospatial data, using React/TypeScript/Mapbox/Express, and collaboration with the founder. Base salary is $200K-$300K with equity; in-person 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• Shipped substantial full-stack products in a startup.
• Turn user feedback into simple, dependable software.
• Guide architecture and other engineers without leaving code.
• Able to work in San Francisco in person 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own a complete customer workflow from interaction design through frontend, backend, data model, release, and production support.
• Lead technical choices while building alongside a small, experienced team.
• Ship map and asset workflows with React, TypeScript, Mapbox, and Express.
• Connect imagery, GIS data, and engineering records to clear product views.
• Set sensible tests, release practices, and production checks.
• Work with customers and the founder to determine improvements next.
