Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an Engineering Intern to support product engineering within the AD&M business unit at the Katy, TX site. You will contribute to sustaining existing lines, drive cost-saving initiatives, and work with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers on cross‑functional projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on documentation, standardization, and producing high-quality engineering results alongside mentors in a global company committed to safety and innovation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing BA/BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide Sustaining Engineering support for existing product lines.
• Drive cost savings through Value Engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.
• Develop solutions to complex problems with ingenuity and innovation.
• Assist in quoting and proposing product lines for customer applications.
