Job summary

Moog is seeking an Intern, Product Engineering for our Military Aircraft Group in Buffalo, NY. This onsite internship reports to Engineer Sr., Manufacturing and runs during Fall and Spring blocks.

You will support assembly and test of electronic boxes, evaluate equipment, and assist with circuit card work and process development. Enrolled in a Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering degree with a 3.0+ GPA and willingness to relocate are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited university.
• GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA requirement will be specified by department.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the assembly and test of electronic boxes on Military Aircrafts both at the Design Center and Production Center.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of equipment to meet production requirements (including assembly fixtures and tools).
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of key engineering tasks at Moog, such as circuit card rework, work instruction creation, and assembly/test process development.
