Job summary

Moog Inc. in Buffalo/East Aurora, NY is seeking an Electronics Product Engineer to provide technical support for Moog's electronics products for military aircraft programs through production.

You will help assembly and test teams, resolve production issues, maintain product integrity, and contribute to cost objectives. Reporting to Electronics Product Engineering Manager, you may lead project elements, participate in design changes, and collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering preferred or related degree with relevant experience.
• Electronics knowledge from product to component levels including troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electronics test and measurement equipment.
• Knowledge of PCB assembly processes.
• Strong ownership, initiative and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in East Aurora, NY regularly; travel 5-15%.

Responsibilities

• Support production assembly and test, resolve issues, maintain product integrity.
• Lead and participate in design changes, CRB, ECN processes.
• Provide technical guidance to assembly/test teams and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to maintain design integrity and quality.
• Lead Root Cause Corrective Action analyses to prevent recurrence.
