Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer for an onsite role in East Aurora, NY, with the position based in Buffalo.

You will create clear assembly and test instructions, support equipment evaluation, and help ensure product integrity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering and at least 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Typically, a bachelor’s degree preferably in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering work experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear production assembly/test instructions to operations personnel to maintain efficient production.
• Support evaluation and implementation of equipment to meet production requirements.
• Assure and maintain product integrity and quality in production products.
• Track key metrics such as first pass yield and product cost goals to support company performance.
• Facilitate design changes by redlining drawings and participating in Change Review Board.
• Travel 5-10% to customers and suppliers as needed.
