Skyworks is seeking a motivated Co-Op to join the Product Engineering organization in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Product Engineering team plays a critical role in transitioning semiconductor products from development into high-volume manufacturing while ensuring product quality, performance, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness. In this role, you will support both New Product Introduction (NPI) and production sustaining activities, working alongside experienced Product Engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Design, Test, Quality, Reliability, and Operations. Through hands‑on involvement in product development and manufacturing support, you will apply data analytics, engineering problem-solving, and automation techniques to evaluate product performance, support manufacturing readiness, investigate technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $29.00 - $49.00 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $23.00 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
