Job summary

Spartronics is seeking a passionate Product Engineer in North Logan, UT to transform concepts into manufacturable, high-performing solutions. You will work hands-on with prototypes and collaborate with global teams to ensure customer requirements, quality standards, and compliance are met.

You will lead prototype builds, support transitions to full-scale manufacturing, manage BOMs and ECNs, and contribute to product documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in product development, manufacturing, or engineering roles.
• Strong DFM and NPI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead prototype and production builds, including procurement, kitting, documentation, and hands-on build support.
• Support transitions to full-scale manufacturing.
• Define, manage, and trace engineering requirements for verification and reliability.
• Manage BOM creation, part setup, ECNs, deviations, and configuration control.
• Develop docs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
