Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support new product introductions from design through production launch.
• Coordinate engineering projects to meet timelines and expectations.
• Develop qualification protocols for new and existing products.
• Manage tooling activities and engineering changes.
• Create and update SolidWorks models and support tooling design changes.
• Assist with BOMs and engineering documentation.
• Improve product performance with cross-functional teams.
• Investigate manufacturing issues and propose solutions.
• Support Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in CAPA and quality improvement projects.
• Provide technical support to customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist with quoting activities for new and existing products.
