Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, product engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of product design, quality processes, and engineering documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and market decision makers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support all new product development activities.
• Lead product design, quality control, and design enhancements.
• Develop and maintain product and process documentation.
• Prepare specifications, layouts, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Maintain bills of material and support engineering change orders.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to develop cost control and cost reduction measures.
• Assist in long- and short-term planning to resolve technical issues.
