You will own the NPD process, translate ideas into detailed SolidWorks designs, prototype and test, and collaborate with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to optimize cost and manufacturability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Engineering / Design Engineering / Product Development Engineering, ideally in an NPD-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).
• Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

As a key contributor in our NPD process, you’ll own the engineering journey from concept through production and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where design meets manufacturing.
