Job summary

Wispr, a California-based AI research and product company, is seeking to own the systems that help engineers build, test, and ship confidently as we scale. You will enhance CI/CD, testing environments, and local development workflows, and empower agentic coding tools across client and backend codebases.

You will collaborate closely with engineers to reduce friction, improve feedback, and ensure reliable, fast development cycles in a rapidly growing product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Built and operated developer tooling, CI/CD systems, or internal platforms at scale.
• Improved build/test workflows to be faster and more reliable.
• Debugged problems across application code, infrastructure, and development environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
• Create isolated environments for testing onboarding, Notetaker, and core experiences.
• Make local setup, testing, and debugging straightforward with consistent behavior across dev and CI.
• Improve environments, context, and tooling for coding agents to verify their work.
• Measure improvements in feedback time, reliability, and manual effort.
