Job summary

MetaOption LLC seeks a Product Engineer / Mfg. Technician to support production programs on the manufacturing floor. You will provide engineering support to product lines and give technical guidance to manufacturing and assembly personnel.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you may work independently and collaborate with senior team members on development, production release, and mature products. Expect occasional travel to vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• As a Product Engineer, design and manufacturing knowledge are required for supporting production lines.
• Hands-on experience with CAD or direct CNC machining is a plus.
• BS or BTech in engineering with relevant manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear production and assembly instructions and engineering memos.
• Support equipment evaluation and implementation for production needs.
• Ensure product integrity and track key metrics.
• Collaborate on design/manufacturing changes with customers and vendors.
