Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking a Mechanical/Design Engineer to join our Lehi HQ. You will develop innovative products from concepts to high-volume production, using CAD tools and materials knowledge to meet cost, schedule, and safety goals.

You will collaborate with industrial design, suppliers, and manufacturing teams, validating designs through tests and documentation. Occasional travel to Asia is expected, with a fully in-office role at our Lehi location.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of mechanical/product design experience; consumer goods is a plus.
• Proficient in 3D CAD; SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and injection molding.
• Experience with reliability testing, DOE, and design validation.
• Willingness to travel to global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products on design timelines within cost targets.
• Own design, analysis, documentation, and validation of components and assemblies.
• Design and run tests to validate robustness and performance.
• Collaborate with design, suppliers, manufacturing, and QA teams.
• Develop innovative mechanical solutions for complex problems.
• Protect IP through design and patent processes.
