Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Product Engineer to support production programs on the manufacturing floor. You will provide engineering guidance to operations and work independently when needed.

You will collaborate to develop and release products through the lifecycle and help improve production efficiency on established lines. The role requires a BS in engineering or equivalent experience, with hands-on CAD/CAM, machining exposure, and a strong focus on quality and process improvement.

Qualifications

• A BS in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience in machining environments with complex assemblies.
• Hands-on CAD experience and CNC machining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear production and assembly instructions to operators.
• Support evaluation and implementation of equipment for production needs.
• Ensure product integrity and track department metrics.
• Support weekly technical discussions with customers on design/manufacturing changes.
• Travel to vendors/customers for NPIs.

As a Product Engineer, you will support production programs on the manufacturing floor. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will provide engineering support to specific product lines and provide technical guidance to manufacturing and assembly personnel, or others in need of your product knowledge.The Product Engineer gets direction from more experienced manufacturing team members when needed to support assembly operations but will work independently as well.The Product Engineer supports all phases of the product life cycle including development, production release, and mature products already well established.As a Product Engineer / Mfg.
