Qualifications

• 0-3+ years electronics manufacturing experience.
• 4-year Engineering or Technical degree preferred.
• Willingness to support a 24/7 global operation.
• Proficiency with continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads manufacturing activities of assigned products through prototype, pilot, and production.
• Oversees the implementation of customer documentation changes and internal change orders.
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
• Performs review of engineering drawings and DFX reports prior to production release for manufacturability.
• Leads internal and external corrective action plans.
