Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of product engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience improving existing product lines and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead product improvement and sustaining engineering projects.
• Improve quality, reliability, manufacturability and cost.
• Perform analyses such as FEA, DFMEA, tolerance studies, value engineering.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Support supplier qualification and technical evaluation.
• Assist with new product development, validation, and production launch.
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, CAD models, BOMs, and docs.
• Manage PLM/ERP records and coordinate product testing.
