Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Product Engineer I to join the Digital Trust portfolio. You will help design and refine digital identity and access management solutions, working with Information Security, IAM, and cross-functional teams to translate security needs into user-centered product capabilities.

You will participate in discovery, document workflows, and contribute to roadmaps and release readiness. Strong communication, problem solving, and Agile skills are essential as you help improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, Product Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle concepts and user-centered design.
• Experience with Agile methods, backlog management, and writing user stories.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product discovery sessions with Digital Trust stakeholders to understand user needs and objectives.
• Document current-state workflows and contribute to future-state designs for improved security and usability.
• Translate security needs into product concepts, user stories, and acceptance criteria; support backlog refinement.
• Plan roadmaps, plan sprints, and discuss product readiness with leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IAM, Security, Infrastructure, Privacy, Legal, and vendors.
• Support demonstrations, pilots, and release readiness assessments.
• Develop test scenarios for access processes and governance workflows.
