Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Product Engineer to bridge technical engineering and business operations within the Enterprise Network team. You will design and refine a central dashboard to simplify complex 4G/5G Private Wireless Network data, making status clear and actionable for customer teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Experience in technical product management with skills in writing user stories and AC in engineering environments.
Experience in 4G/5G network and understanding of Core and RAN technologies to diagnose connection issues and performance bottlenecks.
Knowledge of security integration and vulnerability management tools including Prisma, Twistlock, and SonarQube.

Responsibilities

Collaborating directly with customers and business product managers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
Guiding the product roadmap to meet enterprise customer needs effectively.
User stories & Planning: Translating customer needs into clear user stories and testable Acceptance Criteria (AC) for engineering teams.
Technical Collaboration: Partnering with developers to build, test, and release features, using zero-touch automation to streamline deployment.
System Architecture: Driving the system architecture design for the dashboard while leading architectural solutions for new product requirements.
Data & Dashboards: Turning complex network metrics into simple dashboards and reports.
AIOps & Alerting: Defining alerting thresholds to reduce noise and provide clear troubleshooting steps.
