Job summary

Dex is seeking a hands-on Product Owner to lead end-to-end development of AI-powered enterprise solutions from concept through production. You will interact directly with large enterprise users to gather needs, shape the roadmap, and drive delivery of agentic AI capabilities that address real business challenges.

You will work across Kotlin, React, Temporal, and an in-house LLM harness to maintain velocity and reliability, helping define the core product experience for the next year.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered enterprise products.
• Experience shipping agentic systems with clear failure handling and evals.

Responsibilities

• Own product development end-to-end: research, conceptualisation, experimentation, implementation, and iteration with enterprise customers.
• Engage directly with large enterprise users to understand challenges and shape the roadmap.
• Design and ship agentic AI systems with robust failure modes and evaluation frameworks.
• Operate across a modern stack (Kotlin backend, React/Vite frontend, Temporal, in-house LLM harness).
• Be a key contributor defining core product experiences over the next year.
